He is honest and a straight shooter, tells it like it is going to be! He took my case for next to nothing! We spoke he said he liked me and felt sorry for the deals I was getting. He would help me, I received nothing but respect and relief for being in good hands. My workers comp lawyer right across the street from Todd at first would not take my case, but I understood he knew Todd the attorney, but he would not take my case because not enough money could be made for him! Thank God I made out in better hands. Todd took my case we went to court. I was nervous not scared we went before the Judge a Jaq Col, but fair Todd simply said Joe tell the judge your story I did. Now mind you this was about 9 days before 4th of July the judge heard my misfortune with that he said I'll make my decision in a month. In one week I was on SSD with the most important thing my aliment RSP. My workers comp lawyer was impressed only if she was as competent I would be well taken care of. Todd hardly spoke 20 words top after I asked why, he said you did fine and you covered what needed to be said to win! I called Todd 5 or 6 times and was never blown off he either answered right away or returned my calls promptly not like my comp lawyer who 3 times said I quit. At important times in my trial after a doc app, 3 days before a hearing a bit stress full/called Todd right away gave me a lawyer to call I did told my lawyer I had some one new, she said was still my lawyer. This happened 2 more times. What I'm trying to say this man is 100% good and no matter how upset, he understands, calms down the situation and helps with no bullshit.
